I visited the anne frank house over 20 years ago and since then they have taken over the adjacent buildings and the exhibition space adds context to her story, but the feelings of both sadness and anger remain the same. However, now with dark forces emerging in the world the history of the nazis is perhaps more relevant than it should be.
