Used early bird drop off, got a call, two texts, by 9:00, that the job was in progress. Service department representative Roy Sellars, handled our Honda CRV case quickly and efficiently. He reviewed in detail all work done, specifically, patiently, addressed our disappointment about the battery and the need to replace after 17 months and two jumps... reviewed all areas of the completed job..
Heads up Honda design team....Time to redesign/update/improve this woefully inadequate battery for these multiple, electric system car!!!!!
Thankful to get the direct line of the service agent, as contacting on the Royal phone system can be quite involved, time consuming!!!!
