1 star is an exaggeration. Unreliable and unreliable at least. Hours of waiting to guarantee that they will call you at the next hour for information ... something that did not happen in any of the 13 (oh yes) times and the infinite hours I tried to get away with them. By far the worst service I've ever had.
I highly recommend you avoid them!
