Our overall stay was okay. Breakfast experience was very bad. We understand that there s still no buffet breakfast because of the pandemic, so you can only order one ala carte meal. However our order took one hour to arrive despite multiple follow ups with the servers. It seems they are very overwhelmed and understaffed. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay and their 5-star ranking.
