Called ahead to schedule a test drive of a new Honda Odyssey. Get there and I get a nice enough salesman to help me. Did not seem super knowledgeable, but nice. It takes them 30 or 40 minutes to get the vehicle ready for a test drive. They have somehow misplaced the keys to the car. Very unorganized. So we finally get in the car and go for drive. That was fine. I tell the salesman we have couple deals worked out with other dealers. He says let me talk to my manager. I assume is the guy who sits perched like an eagle in the back of the showroom. Even looks like a bald . Then they send this old guy over. I don't know who he is in the dealership staff ranking. But I did use the restroom and he did not wash his hands. Right there shows what kind of person he is. Anyway, he tells me there is not deal to be made. That Toyota has more incentives to offer then Honda. I said okay, but I'm shopping for a Honda, Not a Toyota. He said I know. I bought a car from this place when they were up the road and called park. Great experience there. But I don't think the internet manager I dealt with then is here any longer. That is a shame. This new regime is a joke.
