We were expecting to pay before we went to our class, but were urged to just go into the class. The class ended at 7:30. At 10:15 pm I received a very casual text informing me I did not pay for my class and needed to. I immediately responded apologizing, and asked if I could pay. I got a response back that said the employee had already logged out of the system and left the building but I needed to call and pay in the morning. I was very confused because I tried to pay for the class, but did not have the chance. I think it s poor planning on their business front if they aren t wanting new customers to pay for their very first class and then don t have any kind of follow up after the class, but instead four hours later with no way to pay. The employee said it was to help pick what kind of pass you want, but how can I pick a pass if I wasn t even acknowledged or showed around as a first timer, or followed up with after? It seems sketchy and unprofessional they want you to pay but try to follow up so long after, when I was happy to pay before the class began. I saw zero customer service skills, the instructor paid no attention to me or my two friends who I went with, even though it was our first time. It just felt like a club of size zero Lululemon girls who were all in on the class and knew what to do and anyone knew got the cold shoulder. Would not recommend coming here and I don t think I ll be back, mostly because of the weird, unprofessional texts late at night trying to track my payment down just so I can feel anxious about it all night instead of taking care of it.
