Ordered my dinner last night at 8:20pm. Food arrived at 9:45. Rude driver, completely cold food, and to top it off there was a hair n my food.
Contacted Uber. I received a message this morning, their form message, stating that they would refund the cost of the fries.
Seriously? Who is going to eat the other food when there was a hair in it!
Horrible policy, and customer service. Never ordering from them again.
