Despite their size, AW runs and feels like the family operation they are. They keep in touch with drivers, and I always feel they are looking out for me. Pay is above industry average, as long as you stay on the road for two weeks straight. I'm in a new truck and trailer. I feel I have a personal relationship with my dispatcher, which is a very rare thing in the business.
