Terrible. Didn't send the phone and now won't refund the money I paid. They keep emailing with excuses why the refund is taking so long. Weeks later still no refund, looks like there are loads of other people in the same boat. AVOID
My debit card company were more than happy to give me the money back and take this on as part of its fraud department. Just got to forward all correspondence to them.
