I have been coming here since 1998, atleast once a year. When I came to check in yesterday they said I had cancelled when I obviously didn t or I wouldn t have driven 4 hours from Connecticut. I had to rebook my rooms it cost me $400 more and I could not afford to pay $409 more to stay until Friday as planned. When I asked to speak to a manager they said there was nothing they could do for me. Really??? As I said I have been coming here for 22 years. I told her I won t be back, she was like oh well.
