Adolfo Marte provided the best service I've received at a dealership. He was clear and direct, made my family and I (we have two small children who tend to make a car-buying experience at a dealership slightly more difficult than usual) feel completely comfortable, and he went to great lengths (driving with me back home to get paperwork, staying late past closing, etc.) to get our buying process done that day.
