I took my bike in yesterday, a Friday night, at about 4pm, with a snapped chain. My bike is my only transport, so this was awkward. I think it was Euan I spoke to. He gave me an even handed run down of my options and I decided on a new transmission and chain. I got a text just after 6pm the same night to say that my bike was fixed, and I picked it up this morning, good as new. Two thumbs up!
