Chose VERY wisely who takes care of your pet in this facility. My pet haven't had a problem going there, and in fact was almost looking forward to get out of the house even if it meant to go there for a rather painful treatment. That is until the person who usually takes care of our animals was off. Thereafter big lament as soon as the pet carrier was presented, and the until then smooth recovery, took turn for the bad. In the end our pet got well but...
TIP - if you need something more than just a shot for your baby, stick with the vet techs instead of the assistants. The assistants I dealt with don't have much clue about anything, needless to say I felt they completely lack compassion for our animal.... Also, don't expect any refund if your pet does not react well to certain medication.
