BEWARE if you are an American staying at this hotel. I stayed here on Christmas and opted to do the Christmas Day brunch for 99 euros. No where in the description did it say that it was a buffet. It was HORRIBLE - worse than a continental breakfast at the Best Western. The food was cold and unsatisfactory and most certainly not worth $120. What was worse was that I immediately went to let the front desk know, but they told me there was nothing they could do. So I called the manager (Hovhannis) and he said he would look into it. Upon further "investigation", he told me that he could do nothing but offer me a free pastry or drink. I am extremely disappointed with the brunch, but more than that, the service and effort to remedy the situation by management. As a well known and high end chain, you should be quick to make your customer happy. There are many other places I would chose to eat and stay in Paris before here.
