I travelled to Egypt, and I wanted to change return date. I called the costumer service, they didn t answer phone calls for almost over a day, so I booked a return flight with another airlines. Finally when Ukraine costumer service answered me, the lady said I gave up too soon, and I should ve kept calling until they answer. They also charged many ppl for carrying items other than a hand/laptop bags. Any in flight snacks/drinks are extra even for over seas flights, they only serve water. An experience I will never going to repeat.
