Call customer service ... to obtain a certificate on new accommodation following the upcoming move. result: I am sent a certificate for my current accommodation. My agency refuses to give me the keys to my new apartment. THANK YOU !

UPDATE March 2021

The termination (Hamon law) was made, this did not prevent them from debiting me the annual amount. The termination is not closed according to them!
For a termination on 4/01 I am asked to wait until March 31!
ECA .... it must be synonymous with THIEVES!
