After negative experiences at two other Lexus dealerships, it was wonderful to meet James at the Lexus of Englewood. From the get go, James gave us the impression he is professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He learned our names and took the time to answer all the questions I had, even the negotiation process (which i hate) felt a little less painful with James. I love my new car and my positive experience at Englewood would have not been possible without James!
