After some negative experiences at a facility close to this one, I decided to transfer my mother here. Best decision! I have nothing but positive thoughts for Spring Hill Health and Rehabilitation. Thank you everyone for helping our stay in Florida be a more stable and secure one.

March 18, 2018 UPDATE
A couple days ago I received a call from someone named Diane. I asked to speak to Hannah, since she was my main point of contact during my mother's stay. I was rudely denied my 3 requests during the call. Too much gets lost in translation when you begin to involve people who were not present in any conversations. I cannot afford to fly into Florida, we are still recovering from Maria and the break in to the house after we left seeking oxygen and help for my mother's health. But, if I have to find a way get there. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME COME THERE AND SPEND MONEY WE NEED TO SAFEGUARD THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY. I prefer to speak to Hannah FIRST. (Plus, she's not a bully.) What is not to understand of my simple request?
Obviously, since I received a call, I know your institution has my contact information, so please, have Hannah call me. I have emailed her twice and have received zero response. This is very unlike her.
It is sad that after all the care and positive treatment, someone has to come along and ruin it for everyone. All I need is to speak to Hannah. Why is that so difficult to respect and understand? I am so, so , so disappointed.
