Extremely poor service, trying to get previosly unbroken items fixed as they are now somehow broken, terrible communication, not calling back, receptionists refusing to connect calls, uncaring, flippant attitudes. Trying to get money for repairs to recoup losses on terribly crafted unreliable car. What good is a warranty when they bait and switch and tell you you are now responsible for repairs on "not covered" items. Don't care about wasting your time, and write bald faced lies on repair sheet making up stetements about customer claim about something broken, when that is a lie. Must be to show corporate how they are generating charges for repairs. Would give zero stars but cant. Corporate made aware, do not deal with this dealer unless you want to be taken for a ride, and treated horrible. Awaiting case manager to get back on third complaint with this dealer. Example of arrogant jerks who think they are too big to fail. Wrong. I am pursuing every legal option. Will NEVER but a Hyundai again, and plan to tell everyone i know about this horrible experience, as soon as my issues get resolved either by corporate or other legal means.
