Tony Romo could not have been more friendly or helpful! Honestly, give that man a raise, he was working so hard and definitely was extremely knowledgeable in my options.

However, a man named German who was in the service area and was a driver whose job was literally to pick up customers, threw an absolute fit when he was asked to do so. He began screaming so loudly I could hear him from the other side of the waiting room behind doors. Extremely unprofessional.
