Wife brought our Element in to get the glove box unstuck after the lock broke off and they had to drill it, they charged $258 total , $38 in parts, rest labor. For parts they reused the glove box and scratched it up instead of replacing it, only put in a new lock, gave us new keys vs re-keying it because they said "it can't use the same key", the tech left his eye protection in the car (so we got a free $2 pair of eye shields, yea!) and they did not put the plastic piece back on the bottom, despite charging that much for labor)

After they fixed it they told her what else was wrong with the car, and estimated it at $1660 in the breakdown

I looked at what they wanted to charge her and decided to take the estimate in myself.

I went in with the estimate and asked what on earth they were charging that much for, it went down to $1000 "magically"

I took it to a independent auto shop with over 300 5 star reviews and they did all the work for $400 with factory Honda parts
So I would HIGHLY recommend not bringing your Honda here for service.

Please don't ask me to email a manager because you should not have done any of the above in the first place, I want good service because you provide it to your customers as a standard business practice, not because they post what you did on the internet.
