My agent, Anne Singleton, went above and beyond to assist with my purchase. I reside in Missouri and was purchasing a home from afar for my daughter. Being in the commercial and residential real estate market in St. Louis, I work with agents each and every day in Missouri. I can honestly say that Anne is the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was in constant contact with me and helped my daughter find the perfect house for her. She even assisted with handling some items that had nothing to do with the sale but were a huge assistance to me in getting the house ready for move in.
On top of all the wonderful ways she helped, she had to tolerate one of the WORST real estate companies (TRELORA) that I have ever encountered. And that's saying a lot given my businesses in St. Louis. They were inexperienced, incompetent and all around a nightmare to deal with. Everything about them is BAD...starting with them misplacing my escrow deposit for days!!! If it wasn't for Anne this deal would have fallen apart many times due to such a horrid company. TRELORA should be put out of business. I can't say enough BAD things about TRELORA or enough GOOD things about Anne and Porchlight Real Estate.
