Where do I start?? how about the room, we booked a...

Where do I start?? how about the room, we booked a lagoon room for two nights and wish it was only one. The room was dark because there were not enough lamps, only one chair tucked into the darkest corner. The soap and shampoo were never replaced. Drinking glasses were not changed. Dangerous situation in the washroom , 3 plugs only one a gfi. Tavern prices were much too high, 10$ for a well drink and the continental breakfast was horrible.Needless to say we won't be back.
