Consistently great service across both their Edinburgh stores.
I've never felt pressured into purchases and even if all I was needing was some advice, the staff have been happy to help. Even helping when I came in off the side of the road after an unfortunate incident with a loose bottle cage bolt.

Ended up getting a couple of my bikes through them and due to the great service, my family who lived elsewhere use them.

They're not the same as if you were wanting to support a small, independent store but they're a cooperative and are run by people who genuinely care about the sport, the industry and encouraging people into the sport of cycling.
