The service was the worst they asked for a deposit that was not in the booking rules I asked for transport from Shippol airport to the hotel I had to wait with a 4 year old child in the cold I called the hotel reception they said they would call me back today answer after all this i had to take the taxi i paid 20 i was not even apologized anymore i booked the room with breakfast i had to make the reservation again by appointment it seemed like i was waiting in a banal cafe in a backward city the tv didn't work the net I couldn t even install on my pc or mobile phone and it was free if it wasn t and to finish I had to bring my bags alone to the hall in the corridor that no one came to help and there were 3 people at the reception desk this at the entrance and when I left and I stayed in the hotel hall waiting for the shuttle to the airport I was sitting on a couch where I was literally and arrogantly taken from it because the barman said it was for the use of the bar it will be sturdy that the hotel has no money to put a signage for the area reserved for it, it is to regret only the due attention of the employees at the breakfast. so poorly attended to. I congratulate only the employees of the breakfast room, this was what happened during the stay from 5 September to 6 September 2020, client in room 2122, thank you I wish that whoever reads is better served.
