It s almost impossible to speak to your solicitor....

It s almost impossible to speak to your solicitor. This company has had my case for over a year. I have never called and been out though to my solicitor! NEVER, not once. It s always take a message, they ll call back or they re not in the office which is beyond belief. My case has not progressed at all, the only thing they re keen on chasing is payment. I have had one email responded to which obviously related to payment other than that ALL emails go unanswered or acknowledged.
