Went here with the intention of buying a cycle rac...

Went here with the intention of buying a cycle rack. Was not once acknowledged by staff and when I inquired as to their whereabouts in the store I was given very impatient directions by staff member Ben. After I had located them I went back to the till to ask if they were able to fit one on my bike but was, again, completely ignored (even a nod or an "I'll be with you in a minute" would have done guys) so I left empty handed.
