Has a lot of stuff I really like, like music, books, movies, video games, etc. However, in some ways it is not a very "family-friendly" place--it feels like a head shop, with trippy music and pretty strong incense that could be very off-putting to some (my asthma always acts up when I go there, and I have to change my shirt and wash my hair when I get home). The employees are very much the tattooed, "alternative" type, and have always been very helpful and friendly. Prices are usually pretty good for used products, but be prepared to pay full price for most things. If you are the type of person who likes to get your books, movies, cds, etc right when they come out, though, they usually have them discounted that day (and sometimes have midnight release specials).
