If you want a comfortable bed, well lit room, ability to open the shutters and let the sunshine in, 24hr access to your vehicle without having to make a call for someone to get it and feeling the constant pressure to tip for their service, and at least some kind of continental breakfast or even a cookie, apple at the lobby front desk; this is NOT the hotel for you. First time staying at this hotel and last. The lobby was dark, although staff was extremely nice and helpful and tried to accommodate the concrete mattress with blankets it did not help. The hotel corridors and hallways reminded me of the movie The Shining with Jack Nicholson. My stay was 3 nights too long on business-my boss booked this hotel, ANYWAY!...Glad to be OUT!!
