Sold my information without my permission. I only went to this dealership once. I went in for an oil change 6/13/19 and received an advertisement mailer from SiriusXM to my home address a few weeks later. It even shows the date of my service (confirming that was the source of my information being sold). All of the information I provided was on paper, and I made sure I did not checkbox anything that said "yes, send me advertisements".

Also, they told me I needed $3800 worth of repairs when I just took it in for a simple oil change. After carefully examining every item on the list, only about $1000 of it was semi-legitimately necessary. The rest was just trying to rip me off. They made it seem like my car was going to break down unless I fixed practically everything on the list, but none of it would prevent my car from running.
