The sales people are great along with the service ...

The sales people are great along with the service folks that helped me get my car and fix it the next business day. They notified me that there was a ding on the front left side of the vehicle before I signed any of the paperwork and I went through with it. Granted I had to bother and call the following business day, but they were able to fix the ding. The reason why I gave such few stars is that the parts department overcharge their customers with outrageous prices. I bought a trunk mat for $122 from them, when a Honda dealership from another state sells them for $65 and a few bucks for shipping, and when they rung up the paperwork I asked if I could get a military discount which they would honor but "too late, the paperwork is already printed out." All the parts from the other dealership cost way less than what this department is charging their customers. Do your research before buying parts from this dealership. I attached pics for examples how much you'd save if you bought from another location; the body side moldings cost $226 from Burns Honda when it costs $162 online with a few bucks of shipping. I'm returning the mat today and getting it elsewhere.

Update: I just noticed that the rear bumper for my car has a gap, how does this get passed by quality assurance??? First there was a ding when I bought the car now this??? I just bought the car last week. This is unacceptable. I just made an appointment to come in after work but they better prioritize this because it's Honda's fault for not doing their job in the first place and I will bring this up to management if they try to put if off and have me leave my car in the dealership overnight. This is such an inconvenience.

Update: I was able to to take it in, so I just have to wait how it turns out.

Update: They are working on it still and I am glad to hear that they're taking it apart and locking everything in place. I appreciate the service department for looking into this.

Update: It's horrible if a business does not wish to compare price with another dealership because Hamilton Honda quoted me $150 to install OEM factory parts that I personally ordered from another dealership (yes, I did this because Burns Honda parts overcharges for the parts and labor) and speaking of labor, Burns Honda quoted me for $350 to install the parts; it's unbelievable that they refuse to compare prices and honor it even for those that bought their vehicle here. At least in Hamilton, they provide unlimited car washes to those that bought their vehicles there with a service department that offers fair prices.
