WOW!!!!!! How do I begin? First of all I heard about HRM on radio advertisements for months. Radio Station WNML Sports talk radio 99.1 Knoxville TN. Erik Ainge VFL talks about them in commercial and live from time to time. After hearing about them and what they were doing to help people save thousands of dollars, I thought I would check it out. Best decision I have ever made !!!!!!!! I contacted them online and was contacted very quickly by a loan specialist. Within no time at all , Tara Latham contacted me to gather information and to answer questions I had. Tara was very professional, personable, and exhibited amazing patience as I had never done any kind of refi before. She walked me thru each step and went above and beyond my expectations. I can t properly describe how wonderful working with Tara was. I also worked with Tommy Davis, whom was also very helpful and patient with me. If tomorrow I needed a refi or new purchase , I would certainly call Tara Latham HRM and put my fate into her hands as I am totally confident she would work very hard to get the job done !!!!!!! Ben Phillips HRM and his amazing staff handle business as advertised, and change peoples lives , they sure did mine!!!!!!! Thank you Ben, Tommy, and of course the amazing Tara Latham , your hard work made my life so much more comfortable
