I've been a customer since 2004, never a late paym...

I've been a customer since 2004, never a late payment. They cancelled my card! Stating I didn't pay last month, I have cancelled check front and back, acc # written on the check, it was taken out of my account. Customer service is overseas, they inform me it will take 30 days to investigate! They tell me there is no email I can send them a copy of the cancelled check!
