Nice room, nice hotel but front desk was not manne...

Nice room, nice hotel but front desk was not manned most of the time. We sat in the lounge/bar for 25 minutes one evening without any attention or service. Air conditioning/heating applies to the entire building so in May we cant have air conditioning in our room because the building is set to heat.Breakfast was nice but he scrambled eggs were cold and old looking. Its a good location but if you are walking you should be aware that this hotel located on top of a steep hill. After checking out we realized that we had left some items in the room and it was an ordeal to retrieve them. Judith Western Australia May 2016
