I worked with William Monge, and I have to say, I don t think I could have asked for a better experience.
I was NOT the easiest client to work with but he treated me like family from the beginning and really cared for my opinion on the places we visited - which is not something you can say about many brokers.

I was able to find and move into an apartment within a week and a half, after viewing several places he thought might be a good fit for me.

Will was available to speak at all hours of the day (literally), even a few times at 3 AM when I was freaking out about signing my current lease. He was able to explain to me why the decision was the right move.

Will never complained once. In one instance we were close to signing the lease and I backed out of it and he was nothing but understanding and only wanted what was best for me.

Will is a class act and embodies everything you would want in a broker. Especially when you re a 22 year old kid who s moving to New York City for the first time and are scared that you ll be ripped off one way or another haha.
