Product Purchased: Vacuum Cleaner

Product Purchased: Vacuum Cleaner
Issue: Not able to Operate upon taking it out from packaging.

- Customer Service representatives has been ineffective and issue has been delayed for WEEKS.
- Does not reply to email
- Gave POC to liaise with but kept calling the wrong POC

Poor service, strongly doesn't recommend
