I booked a room that apparently didn't exist and they did nothing for me. I paid an exorbitant amount of money for a room I didn't want. My whole reason for choosing them was for the whirlpool in the room. I did not get the room I wanted and they still refuse to refund any portion of my money. Not even a credit for the future.

Great location for Rama. Clean. Great shuttle service. But customer service is still lacking for me and I was there a couple weeks ago.
