We had difficulties checking into our hotel with our group. Apparently they changed their room holding / credit card auth policy. We were barely given rooms due to being told 2 different things by the front desk and reservation office. Things were more difficult for this reason and the front desk worker was visibly annoyed and unhelpful. I wish I had remembered her name. Anyways we were placed in the farthest rooms. Not sure if this was deliberate. We were attending a conference. The food wasnt great. It was edible but flavorless. They need to have a McDonalds restaurant in their casino. I wouldve prefered that greasy food to what we were served. You can tell that the cooks tried to do well. But a little spice can go a long way. The conference rooms were nice and there was lots of space for the vendors. However they seemed to have gotten rid of their couches. I think the 1 couch they have is in the lobby and is some weird concave couch setup so you feel like your invading other people's privacy and space. As you can tell, this is not my fav casino and would rather go somewhere else.
