I don't usually write reviews, but this place is terrible. I ordered a climbing rope online, and they sent me a shipping confirmation. A few days later, I still haven't gotten the rope. I call customer service, they redirect me to UPS customer service, who sent me back to Sunny Sports. Now waiting for a refund... Doubtful it will go through. Do yourself a favor and just spend the extra few dollars and go to Backcountry or Moosejaw or something. What a gip!
