Property is good. Location is good. Service is Ok....

Property is good. Location is good. Service is Ok. Dinner is good. Morning breakfast is okay. Maintenance and Services definitely requires improvements. Hot Water was notcoming. We asked multiple times to fix it bit nothing happened then while having dinner Hotel Manager came and he asked about service and we told him about issue. They have fixed all problems immediately and also provided cookies and cake to make our stay comfortable but then again next day bathroom napkins were missing and took multiple calls to receive. Hotel is really good but service staff needs to be more responsive. They are charging pretty high. This is the least we expect.
