**BEWARE** This place is a nightmare. The staff are all friendly unfortunately they will lie to your face. I have given them ample chances and they always disappoint. They have let me drive away without tightening my breaks so that they failed on i75. They have given be back my car with a cracked windshield. Most recently I took my car in to have the transmission flushed, tires rotated, balanced, oil change, etc.. I spent $500. The next day my car seemed to be leaking some kind of dark fluid. I called them and told them I wasn't comfortable driving it to them but I needed it checked out. They towed my car to the service center and called me later saying it wasn't anything they did, it was normal. THEN they told me it was actually an engine mount that had burst due to age and it was old oil leaking out. I work in the auto insurance industry, my cars engine mounts are solid, there is no fluid in them. They wanted to charge me an additional $500 to fix a made up issue. I have never felt so taken advantage of by a business in my life. They don't care about your safety, they don't care about your hard earned money, they don't care about YOU. In case you were wondering, I got a second opinion on those engine mounts just to be sure, the mechanics told me there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with them. So if you go here, be prepared to pay too much for work that doesn't need to be done, and that they won't be doing anyway.
At one point I emailed Jim Ellis regarding the service I received at his dealership/service center. I never got a response.
TL/DR: Save your money, go somewhere else where the employees won't lie to you and rip you off because they think you don't know any better.
