Came in this location with a kidney stone and in terrible pain. Took my vitals and sent me back to the waiting area promising to get me an Iv and something for the pain and a CT scan. They got me the CT scan but forgot about something for the pain. 3 hours later the pain finally subsides, but now I am stuck here waiting for the CT results and they refuse to send them to my primary physician.
