I requested a refund and was approved to get one. The PayPal account it was sent was not the one i asked for it to be sent to plus I checked with PayPal about my refund and Hopper has not released it. I have tried endlessly to get my money back from Hopper and it has been a nightmare. No one ever gets to you on the chatbox if it s something of importance like receiving my refund back. Can someone please help me since no one is checking my messages on Hopper?
