I don't even know where to begin. Like others I was super skeptical about enrolling and putting my trust in a " credit repair " company, because like many others ... I have heard so many horror stories. But after reading some awesome reviews about White Jacobs I decide to take a leap of Faith and go for it. (& let's just say I'm pissed that I didn't take that leap sooner ) I signed up and received a call from my now Savior , "Brian Quinn". From the first day he called me he was so patient , kind , and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. This guy really knows his stuff. He gives you a very in depth understanding of these credit bureaus, the laws , and how they operate. The initial Call was about an hour and a half and he went into extreme detail explaining to me how it works and what steps we have to take. His customer service is really outstanding. He answers all your questions thouroughly and he is always availed to talk if you need anything. This is my first time ever writing a review online for a company but I am so amazed at how awesome this company is and how amazing Brian is. I have not even been a member for 30 days and just today I received a letter in the mail from EXPERIAN stating that NINE , YES 9! Things have been removed from my credit report. ( collections , late payments , inquiries , etc ). White Jacobs *Brian Quinn* is AWESOME! Thank you so much! You guys have saved my life! Give these guys a try. You will NOT be disappointed!
