3 star at the most, this hotel is in no way a 4 star, arrived here on my 30th birthday on Friday the 12th of Jan and stayed for 4 nights. I told them it was my 30th birthday, I was expecting a happy birthday card or a complimentary bottle of wine, I received absolutely nothing, not a good way to treat customers!

Staff on reception didn t want to know when I told them the hairdryer broke, I couldnt wash my hair due to this. The rooms are quite basic in comparison to the website pictures. There were only 1 or 2 elevators working the whole time we were there! Also incredibly noisy at night but that s a given if you are staying in TS!

The decor was poor, very dull and dingy, the artwork on the walls were dull and needed updating. Air con machine also had a mind of its own.

The cleanliness was fantastic, only good thing about the hotel really. Will not be returning, so many better hotels for the same price or cheaper!!!
