First stay on December 28/2018, was Fabulous service & manner; very good rooms for our 2 families & we would give 4.5 stars & moreover Carlos who provided superb/terrific service; 2nd stay on January 7/2019 was bad bad experience and evening shifts both young girls manner were rude and not friendly and rooms we got from them was in bad shapes; We had our dinner in their restaurant was terrible and paid no attention to us, serving white customers after they came and no hello or asked if we need anything and manner was not friendly and found racist. We would recommend strongly to your District GM & Manager to hire someone like Carlos and replace this kind of staffs in front desk & restaurant server. Essentially todays world has changed very significantly, absolutely nationalism & racism has no room; todays world is for all mankind & people in order to survive and succeed; We all need each other to succeed economically and socially otherwise that country or communities will fail and will remain with no benefits and no work/job and unemployment rate will rise.
All staffs/team must have " Can Do Attitude " and smile ;
Essentially like Carlos, I am certain Carlos can re-train all these untrained staffs what it takes
To be the best to serve customers.
