I was a victim of being HACKED!!!

as of 04/09/2018. My account has a different phone number, banking information has been changed. Not only, has my $earnings been taking from me. I, am very angry with the customer support, he stated that I been talking to you for over an hour. It wasn't even 20 minutes, this International Alien was a POS.

It was weird. I, had accepted a ride thinking it was just another customer needing a ride. The guy on the phone said this is uber, are you heading to get Joseph. I said yes, he said go ahead and cancel the ride. It was weird how they hacked into the Uber app and knew where I was and who I was picking up.

I am heading to my law office we have here in my city and going to find out, a way to sue over this identify theft and money being withdrawn from my Uber driver account. I, also am "in fear of my life" due to the fact that my home address is on my Uber account profile and vehicle information.

If, this has happened to you, what steps did you do to file a law suit against this breach of information????
