What a shame it's lost it's charm under new owners...

What a shame it's lost it's charm under new ownership there is no love for skiers to be found or even treating customers decently! Spend you money elsewhere! For 25 years it has been my favorite place to ski, not because it's a great ski area, but because it was quaint and freindlyplace where you enjoyed skiing. After today I doubt I'll go there again after. Parking was a nightmare. After being directed all the way to the reserve lots before 11am, we were told to keep driving 45 minutes to Leavenworth and come back after 3pm. They also would not allow dropping off teen skiers to join other family that got there earlier with staff that were just plain rude and nasty. I've skied many places in NA and Europe and have never had such a negative experience from an overpriced resort!
