I found my experience with Chad Mendoza was incredibly enjoyable, professional and having found Chad to go above and beyond what most would typically expect from a working relationship for this venture.
Chad and his team staged my home for sale, cleaning a bit more than the extremely tidy, orderly fashion I tend to maintain. During the listing period he retrieved my mail and even shoveled the driveway and walks during a snowstorm. Finding that to be above & beyond service of any I ve encountered in past selling experiences.
After the sale Chad helped in securing the purchase of a townhouse much more fitting of my current needs moving forward, helping to make it a low stress venture in working closely also with seller to accommodate some minor but possibly annoying requests by myself.
He is continuing his efforts in aiding me even after the sale and closing until I officially take possession nearly two months after the official sale making certain I receive mail being forwarded and the transition remains smooth.
Having purchased and sold 4 separate properties in the last decade I found this to be the most pleasant, seamless experience to date.
