I've taken my car here a couple of times to get it serviced and there is always something wrong when I pick up the car. From scratches, to the remote-starter left disconnected, and to make matters worse, they fully deny any wrongdoing. You know things are bad when the manager, Dave Bartoli, denies he's the manager and runs to his office.
As soon as you step through the door, they see a walking dollar sign. When I told them about the remote-starter, Sean Murray, told me everything was fine and that it was the remote (which he placed in a "new" battery) which was the problem. He tried get me a new one for $120. I checked the car and they did reconnect the remote-starter as the blue light was now on. With my 2nd remote, it did turn on. Add to that charging $500 for new brakes and $300 to add freon. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
